 My Speech - Adults has a data protection policy in relation to the holding and using of information about the person receiving speech therapy which may be obtained from them, or those caring for them, during treatment.

This information may include personal details, details relating to lifestyle, social circumstances, education and employment. This data may be shared with others involved in the person's care, with their permission. It is only used for the purpose of our therapy service to you.

 All information will be held and processed in line with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection  Regulation) 2018. You may ask for access to your speech therapy records at any time.

Frances Webster, Speech and Language Therapist, is registered as a Data Controller with the office of the Data Protection Registrar.
