The service is led by Frances Webster MSc,   a highly specialist Speech & Language Therapist with over 20 years experience.

Frances is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) along with the Royal College of Speech & language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Association of Speech & language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP), ensuring up to date and high professional standards.

Frances has led and developed NHS services in adult neurology, dementia, mental health, learning disabilities and AAC -alternative and augmentative communication /  communication aid service.

Frances has run voice clinics, alongside ENT consultants, and provided services for those who stammer.

Work has been both national  and international, developing and advising on speech therapy services abroad.

In every area the emphasis is always on the person, their needs and meeting those needs. 

The service takes a practical and holistic approach, working in partnership with the person and those closest to them.

All assessment and therapy is provided in the person's home, or wherever is most convenient for them, such as in their residential or nursing home or a day centre. It may even be while out for a walk or in a favourite cafe.
